What We Do

During our more than 30 years working in children and family services, we have identified the significant increase in demand for frontline services especially in relation to Family Violence. We believe the key to improving the safety of all community members is primary prevention and early intervention. This is best achieved through education, training and

.collaboration

We assist in ensuring organizations have appropriate

policies and procedures in place to protect society’s most vulnerable resource, our children. We stress that the safety of children is a priority for all and that all children are treated with respect and their diverse needs are acknowledged and accepted.

Earlvention aims to upskill, all members of the community, to recognise and respond to Family Violence and Child Abuse to lead to better outcomes for children and families.

Our Vision

Earlvention is based on encouraging respect for all members of our diverse community, giving a voice to the most vulnerable by empowering and mentoring those who work with them. Our workshops, training and community forums are aimed at educating the community to address gender inequality and valuing the safety of children
